"Good packaging, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered from pizzainn.com and while I was frustrated with how long I had to wait, I’ll give them credit for the packaging. The pizza box was sturdy, nothing got soggy, and everything stayed in place. Even the sides were packed neatly and were still warm when they arrived. Waiting wasn’t fun, but at least the food showed up in good shape.

"Wish the hours were a bit clearer"
Pizza Inn is decent overall, but the hours have been a little annoying for me. I checked pizzainn.com before heading over, and I still felt like my local place closed maybe 30 minutes to an hour earlier than I expected. The food is good enough when I can actually make it there, but I wish the hours were easier to confirm and that they stayed open a little later on weeknights. Not a bad spot, just not the most convenient for me.

"Such a fun spot for families"
We took the kids here and had such a lovely time. Everything felt easy and stress-free, which is always a win with little ones. The staff were really friendly, the food came out fast, and no one made us feel awkward about the kids being a little loud. It was a happy, relaxed outing for our family, and we’ll definitely be back.

"Pretty clean overall tbh"
Stopped in and the place looked clean tbh. Tables were wiped down and the floor looked fine, so no issues there. The bathroom could probably use a little more checking now and then, but overall I don’t really have any complaints.

"Pretty decent delivery overall"
Ordered from pizzainn.com it wasn’t bad at all?? The pizza showed up still warm, not exactly piping hot, but definitely warm enough to enjoy. The cheese was still soft and the fries weren’t cold, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it was a solid order. I’d give it 4 stars

"Fresh pizza, kind of mixed on delivery"
The pizza tasted really fresh, and I liked that the toppings were still crisp instead of all soggy. At the same time, I wouldn’t say it totally blew me away or anything. Delivery was fine, but also a little underwhelming somehow. Overall, good, even if I’m a bit torn on the whole experience.

"Lots More Options Than I Expected"
I ordered from Pizza Inn and, i was kinda surprised by how much they have on the menu. It’s not just, you know, basic pizza. They’ve got different crusts, tons of toppings, pasta, wings, desserts… pretty much something for everyone. I like that my family can all pick what they want without us arguing forever over one thing. My kids usually stick with plain cheese, and I’ll go for one of the more loaded pizzas. The variety is probably my favorite part, really, because it makes it easy to order again without feeling like we’re getting the same thing every time.

"Good pizza, but pickup time was off"
I ordered through the website and my pickup ended up taking about 15 minutes longer than the estimate. The staff was friendly and the pizza was still hot, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I just think a more accurate pickup time would help customers plan a little better

"The pizza was just okay, but finding a..."
The pizza was just okay, but finding a place to sit was kind of a mess. We ended up standing around waiting even though there were empty tables that just hadn’t been cleaned yet. The staff looked really busy, and nobody really helped us out. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I just don’t think I’d come back if it’s always like that.

"Coupon worked, which was nice I guess"
I tried the coupon on my order and it went through without any drama. Saved me a little money, so that was cool. i was weirdly relieved because I expected it to fail, but nope, it just worked. Not life-changing or anything, but yeah, happy with it.

"I stopped in for the pizza buffet…"
I stopped in for the pizza buffet and it was solid. The pizzas seemed like they were being refreshed every so often, and everything I tried tasted fresh enough. I had maybe a few plates and left feeling plenty full. Overall, a nice easy meal if you’re craving pizza

I had an issue with my order it was annoying because it felt avoidable. I reached out to them and they handled it really quickly with no runaround. Mistakes happen, but they made it right, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Nice place to grab a bite"
Came in with my kids and had a relaxed meal. Place looked clean, felt comfortable, and the staff was nearby without hovering. Pizza came out hot, so we just hung out for a bit and enjoyed it.

Ordered from pizzainn.com and the portions were better than I expected. The pizza had a decent amount of toppings, and the sides were actually bigger than I thought they’d be. Wasn’t perfect or anything, but it filled us up just fine. So yeah

This place is in a really handy spot for me, so it’s easy to stop by after work. That said, I felt like the way they described the food made it sound a lot better than it actually was. It wasn’t bad, but it was average. Fine if you just need something quick, but I wouldn’t go in expecting anything amazing...

"Kind of Regret Ordering Here"
I ordered from Pizza Inn i kind of wish I’d picked somewhere else. The staff weren’t rude or anything, they were decent enough, but I felt a little rushed when I asked a question about my order. The food was okay, nothing terrible, but not really worth it either. Overall, it was just an average experience, and I had a bit of buyer’s remorse afterward.

"Pretty Good Pizza, Sweet Sauce"
The pizza was good overall. The crust was the best part for me, nice bite, not too floppy, not too crunchy, kind of like when you get a good slice from a local spot instead of something that feels frozen. The cheese was fine, the toppings tasted fresh enough, and it worked well for a quick dinner, a lazy night, or even just grabbing a slice while watching TV. My only small complaint is the sauce was a little too sweet, almost like it was leaning more toward ketchup or a sweet marinara than a balanced pizza sauce. Still tasty, just not totally my favorite style.

The pizza showed up later than expected, which was annoying because the timing they gave made it sound like it would arrive much sooner. At least it was still warm when it got here, but I wish the delivery estimate had been more honest

"Pretty consistent overall"
I’ve been to a few Pizza Inn locations, and for the most part it’s been about the same each time. The pizza is what I expect, the buffet is usually stocked, and the staff has been nice enough when I’ve gone. It’s not anything fancy, but that’s kind of the point. If you just want easy pizza without thinking too much about it, it works
